But I also like the Yankees.
Quite a bit, in fact.
I go to many Yankee games, more games than most of their "fans" probably do.
However i have to say, in all honesty, to the entire Yankees administration, most of their players, and especially their media brigade and those godawful "fans;"  PLEASE.  SHUT.  THE.  #$%^&.  UP!!!

The Yankees and their fancy-boy Clemens (who sure is a cutie, giggle giggle) are the Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie of baseball; i stopped paying attention right around the time of the sex video/BFF break-up, and then soon after the A-Rod salary hubub/A-Rod's-every-little-move-is-noteworthy culture shift, respectively.

30 teams and about 1500 pitchers.  Unless they're on MY team, I have a threshold for hearing and caring about their whatnot, and the Yankees/Clemens bi-umvirate have brought me to that threshold.

Just shut up and play the @#$%& game, ok?  Sheesh.
